RGB Chase Question

I a RGB channels, if you make a chase, how do make a chase run backward thru the chase without affecting the forward chase ? I hope you can under stand where i'm coming from.

That is what i was talking about. Thanks for the fast reply. But how is that done ? when i try that it changes it to 2 lines.

1) Create your first chase.
2) Important: Now copy the last part of the chase (the red 18 and 19 second segment in the above example) to the 20 second mark.
3) Build your second chase with the "Paste from Foreground" on.
4) Replace the cells from step 2.

my first chase works great, but when i try and go back thru the first chase i get 2 line one at the beginning and one at the end. What am i doing wrong ? how do i copy what iv'e done so i can show you ?

should that be cut, or is copy right? If i cut it then paste at the bottom and do my back chase it works, but then i have to replacew the part i cut.Don wrote:
