JVF 2010-A Led Sign

I got this old school led sign, it have a floppy 3.5 drive and ps1 key board connector, I download the software but it runs under DOS. The problem is I have a windows 7 64bit and I not able to run the software. I tried to use DOSbox software but still no running the led sign software.

There is the option to edit/write messages using the ps1 key board, but I don't have any idea about the commands or steps to edit/write using the key board.

There is not too much information on internet about led sign.

Can some one help me??
