Sequence Play From Not Working

Last night my sequence player would no longer "play from" correctly. The audio would be behind the timing of the sequence. The only way that the sequence and the audio would synch up is if I played the sequence from the beginning. Is there a fix for that? Otherwise I am hoping that after shutting my computer down last night, the problem will have magically disappeared.

Sounds like your media file is not a constant bit rate. You might want to run the file through Audacity.
