Hardware Interface displays my controller #5 as Unknown Device, yet it still tests the l

Ok, I just got my 5th LOR contorller today and hooked it up to my PC with all the other controllers using the USB485B serial to USB converter. All controllers work OK, I can make each of them run all the light tests in the hardware manager.

All the other 4 units show up in the hardware manager pulldown menu ok, but the 5th one does not display a title. Here's what it shows:

1 - CTB16D Ver. 3.0
2 - CTB16D Ver. 3.0
3 - CTB16D Ver. 3.0
4 - CTB16D Ver. 3.0
5 - Unknown Device ???

See screen shot below. Anyone else seen this?

If you upgrade to the latest hardware uility that "unknown" should go away....

Thanks Dan, that fixed it.

Now the title bar of HArdware Manager says 1.5.10, but download section of LOR Support page says:





Hardware Utility
Upgrade Version 1.6.1 (run to install)



Perhaps it's a typo and you were thinking of the LOR Softare instead, which is 1.6.1?
