DynaMike
I have 20 strings of LED icicle lights plugged in series, when I fade, several strings will fade on or off before all the others. 3 strings in total, 1 alone , 2 hooked together, 10 strings between them. I have eliminated fading to overcome the issue, has anyone ever seen this?
nader
sounds like 1/2 wave led's. you can add a snubber. had the same proplem with leds on tree [store bought]search for snubber on site
-klb-
Besides phantom load, it is possible that those strings accidentally have more or less LED than the rest, resulting in different cut in/out voltages.
Paul C
You might try adding resisters to the strings to make them all the same. Though doing so limits the total output, so they will reach 100% at different times. May be not as noticeable.
