magish01
Play Zara radio 24/7. Have run it for over a week without problems. Then it started shutting itself down after about 4 hours. Tried restart of my computer after checking to make sure no anti-virus or hibernation settings. Zara still stops playing after about 4 hours. No show playing or Stop/Start DTMF tones running.Any ideas?
George Simmons
Is it the same audio file that stops it each time? If yes, it could be a corrupt file.
Greg
I agree with George, I was having a similar problem and discovered a bad file. Check you log you might notice a pattern. I also run a silence detector on the computer if a file stops zara the silence detector can usually start the playlist up again.
magish01
I'll check the log again the next time it stops. I will also use the silence detector. Thanks for the advice.
coasterbp
Any idea on where to find the Silence Detector? Isn't it a separate program?-=CoasterBP
Greg
Zara has a built in silence dectector although if there is a bad file it can't restart the playlist.
