Mega Tree Confusion

OK, On my Mega Tree, it is setup to have Channel 9 in front(ie 6 0 clock) and 1 in back(ie 12 o clock)

In order to have my tree line up like this, is it correct, I want to adjust the tree image with the scrollbars till 9 is pointing in front? I need this setup for the correct running of the sequences.

If adjusted this way, I shouldn't need to change positions of the bundles?..correct. Or do I move bundle 9 were 01 is located and so on.

Looks like the best/safe way is to manually assign channels, since the viz won't do color.

I just need to ensure bundle 9 is in the front. How can I ensure that is the correct setting?

OK, I guess I did it right..Mega tree looks fine.
