Either some of us are all caught up or avoiding finishing those sequences we promised we'd do. Otherwise how would you explain that 117 people had the time to look at a post titled, "fgf"?

My excuse is that I'm work and the boss went home early!

Are you using chrome?  I can never get it to work from there.  When I want to post a video I must switch over to IE for that post.  Then I go back.

I have ADD.BAD. Ask my wife, she will tell you I never notice anything she says.

I also always afraid I might miss something importiant.
I hate sequencing - Its like the necessary evil. I love the lights, love building and hanging stuff. But without the software, It all goes to waste.

I have considered paying a friend who is a lighting designer to do my sequences, but stage control is nothing like writing for LOR.

S2 wants to know what intensity for what light EVERY second or Milisecond. Stage lighting is historically " X channel at Y level untill Z point in time.

Wow, Im off on a tangent - SEE, DAMN ADD!!

Have you ever seen an IE tab? It is an extention from google that opens an IE window within Google Chrome.

Is this what you are doing? Strip off any extra stuff from your url to make it look like this.

it was there and now it is gone

now it is asking for a plugin and when i try to install the plug in, windows says it is not compatible.

most forums have a portion of html turned on that allows:

(youtube)code(/youtube)

http://www.youtube.com/AeuOjZVNwi8

ps

I just saw your little screen capture post and now it is gone

jumped over to a mac and still no love
gotta go somewhere early in the morning so giving up for now
thanks for trying to help

Why are you not just using the Youtube button above in the toolbar of your reply (see attached pic)? You just copy the URL of the youtube video from your browser URL address bar (not from the embed area) and paste it into the popup that happens after you click the Youtube button.

It automatically generates a code like this below (but with the "[" removed from before the first "flash" in order for the code to appear here.

flash=425,344]

Part of the problem you are having may be that the url you are using in post 11 doesn't even take you to a video (http://www.youtube.com/v=AeuOjZVNwi8), but instead a "page not found" error.

If you're using IE, select compatability view in the tools menu, and you'll get the toolbars.

Jeff,

I never use IE. Until 2011, I used Firefox and now I use Chrome so it never occurred to me to look there for an answer.

That you for digging down and finding the solution. I really do appreciate it.
