Has anyone used a 4 pointed star for their mega tree topper? I think they would be much easier to build with a wire frame than a 5 pointed star, especially for "rotating" sequences.

Thoughts?

This is my 8 channel 5 point star (before lights)

It rotates very well. Each channel indiviually 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8, or opposites 1&5 2&6 3&7 4&8

Thanks

Wire frame, cut 40 lengths of 1/4 steel rod, then I welded them together.

Have 8 stings of 25 count white wire M6 FWR LEDs for lighting, plus a xenon strobe in the center.
