Wire size breaker size?

Hello,

I am wiring while I await the arrival of my first controllers, and have a question.

I have wiring already ran for a sign that I was going to put outside. It is a 10/3 wire on a 30 amp two pole breaker. Is there any reason that I couldn't run these wires to a PC controller as the two circuits to provide the power to the two controller ac inputs?

The master electrician that I work with is out of town so I can't talk to him.

Any help would be great, this would save me having to run new wires.

The controllers come with 14 AWG wire. You should be fine.

As long as it's 10/3 ROMEX/UF, with a seperate ground, I'd see no problem. (ie: Black, Red, White with a ground wire)
