First TIME USER!! NEED HELP (resolved)

DID A HARDWARE TEST AND EVERYTHING SEEMS TO WORK

ALL (3) 16 CHANNEL CONTROLLERS TESTED OK.

WHEN I TRY TO OPEN A SHOW OR CONTROL THE LIGHTS

FROM A SEQUENCE, IT DOES NOT WORK. AUDIO PLAYS BUT NO LIGHTS!!

ANY IDEAS WHERE I MESSED UP.

Did you configure the channels in your sequence? It sounds like the shows are programmed, but they don't know what channels to fire. Open a sequence, and right click on a channel, then click "Change Channel Settings." If the last three boxes have not been configured, then your lights will not work.

Your were right!!

I had the sequence done on my desktop correctly but

I used one on my laptop and it was not configed for the channels.
