visualizer on second screen

I am using a second screen om my computer, sequence editor on mainscreen and want to have visualizer on second

only in simulation mode it it possible to transfer visualizer window to second screen


when switching back to editing, the window jumps back to main screen

Am I doing something wrong ?

You have the Visualizer maximized.

First, make the Visualizer Windowed by using the 'square' at the top of the window (next to the X that closes it).

Now, move the visualizer window to the second screen.

Re-maximize it if you like.

another question

creating fixtures, options: copy --> paste

do not see duplicate

is there a reason for that?

Each time you paste a fixture or prop, you'll get a new unique 'duplicate'.

To make duplicates:

Select fixture/prop
Select 'copy'
Select 'Paste'
Move fixture/prop to correct location
Select 'Paste'
Move fixture....
etc...

Look in the upper left corner of the visualizer area. It seems to paste them there.

Look in the upper left corner of the visualizer area.  It seems to paste them there.

Correct. All pastes and imports always go to the 'Home' position (Upper Left).

Slept well?

I imported a fixture into the visualizer editor, and resized the image. normally in a drawing programm with the shift button pressed the object resizes proportial.

Which button is needed in the editor to resize proportional? I tried to find it in the manual, but could not find it ( it is a huge number of pages )
