OK,

I'll tone it down so as to not make Dan blush,
but I somehow left the weatherproof lid open on my CTB16D during the thunderstorm Tuesday Night, causing the board to malfunction.

1 Phone call, and Dan has my problem solved.

Folks, all I can say is when you compare price of different vendors, always take into consideration that Dan's customer service is WAY above and beyond anywhere I have ever shopped.

After hunting him down he got my board back to me so I can try to test the show this weekened
