Guest wbottomley Posted June 19, 2011 Posted June 19, 2011 I've gotten around to finally getting a rough channel layout etched in stone for this year. Here's a rough copy of it.I still need to add some things and move a few around.http://www.highcountrylights.com/2011-channel_layout.pdf
TitusCarnathan Posted June 19, 2011 Posted June 19, 2011 I did mine about 2 months ago but now I have to sequence alot of songs
Dan Ancona Posted June 19, 2011 Posted June 19, 2011 Jut getting around to working on mind tonight.Wm, I think you need another controller....
bhays Posted June 19, 2011 Posted June 19, 2011 I finished mine this weekend as well. I'm curious, why do you number your controllers using alpha numeric rather than just in numeric sequence? Just curious. Attached files 2011 Channel Plan.pdf
rescue_653 Posted June 19, 2011 Posted June 19, 2011 Finished mine Friday and started tweaking some old sequences to fit the new layout.
jstorms Posted June 20, 2011 Posted June 20, 2011 700+ channels, that's pretty twisted.Do you just keep adding channels to the existing show or are you re-doing the show from scratch each year?Have you had any major changes where you just started over at some point?
Greg Posted June 21, 2011 Posted June 21, 2011 Good god William that gives me a headache even thinking about sequencing that many channels!!!

I started with coming down the list and that's the way I've always done it.I don't mind hexadecimal.

TitusCarnathan Posted June 21, 2011 Posted June 21, 2011 copy cat now i will have to change my visualizer
TitusCarnathan Posted June 21, 2011 Posted June 21, 2011 I had to change it since every one coppied my blank ideaalso here is my channel list Attached files LORSequenceEditor.pdf
Guest wbottomley Posted June 21, 2011 Posted June 21, 2011 LOL. I've never used one since I've been animating.
TitusCarnathan Posted June 21, 2011 Posted June 21, 2011 same here but I do use it occasionally for chaseing effects like the sets I have around my yard so I will just draw a square etc...
Guest wbottomley Posted June 21, 2011 Posted June 21, 2011 I tried once but coloring in those blocks was quite time consuming. I just look at the left side and watch the channels blink. That gives an idea of what is happening.
Dan Ancona Posted June 21, 2011 Posted June 21, 2011 Jeff, what's with the little dogs in that picture??
