I am trying to understand the "pixels/arch" concept. I am reading tons and tons of threads on these things, and slowly grasping things. Maybe a few answers would help me along.

I dont know what else right now, just trying to understand the "appeared" complexity of these things.

Thanks for the comments George.

Have you seen this from LOR?

There are 50 pixels on a CCR. A pixel is a group of three adjacent LEDs. Each pixel constitutes one RGB channel (1 of 50), which is made from 3 'ordinary' channels - a red, green, and blue (3 of 150).

This is my first year for arches.

I was going to run four 8 channel arches, Two on each side of my yard.

I started doing the math.

2 controllers during sale $400

32 sets of LEDs +$320.....ummmmm

CCRs will do what I want and I can use I CCR for each side of the yard..

Two CCRs during the sale about $400

No Brainer for me $400 for a bazzilion colours

Or

$720 or more for ONE colour...NOT

My arches are 8ft high and 18ft wide, using 16 channels per arch, using mini-incan lights

I was thinking of doing the CCB's and replacing the mini-incans....now after reading this, maybe staying with the mini-cans and 2-16 Channel controllers is cheaper....already paid for :D
