jimswinder
Just go to the LOR website and downland it from there on your new computer...I don't believe it will ask for your license number...but if you saved the email from LOR when you first bought it , it should be there.http://www.lightorama.com/SoftwareDownloadPage.html

jerrymac
Open your sequencer. From the Help / About menu you should see your licence key #. Copy then add to your new install. (there is an install limit to prevent pirates, but don't remember how many)

It can be upped if you contact LOR.MikeH
bob
You can retrieve your license from here:http://lightorama.com/LicenseRetrieval.htmlJust put in your email address that you used to purchase the license and click "Retrieve", and then an email with your license info will be sent to that email address. You can download the installer from here:http://www.lightorama.com/SoftwareDownloadPage.htmlIf you do not know what email address you used to purchase the license, or no longer have access to that email address, contact support@lightorama.com with as much detail as possible about your purchase, and they will look it up for you.I noticed that you said you emailed LOR and haven't gotten word back - sorry. Perhaps your message got lost in the mail or something. If you cannot get your license info from the web page that I mentioned, and support@lightorama.com doesn't seem to respond, please send a PM to me, and I will make sure it gets done.
