Guest guest Posted November 5, 2006 Share Posted November 5, 2006 I have a16 channel lor box and i know that u wanna keep each set of 8 channels under 1800 watts.my question is can i have 800 watts on channel 1 and the other 1000 watts on channel 2-8 or is that too much for one channel thanks!!!!!!!! Since each channel can hold up to 8 amps, you would be able to proceed as planned.* This message based on the assumption that you have a 16 Channel unit with heatsink. Guest guest Posted November 6, 2006 Share Posted November 6, 2006 I'm definately not someone who knows how to do amps and such, but I do know what a watt is and 800 watts. that's.... a lot of lights. When it said 1800 per side I now know that I do not have any power issues that's for sure. I guess I didn't realize how many lights you can put on one side of the LOR and be safe.
