I have been thinking about adding a spiral tree, mine would be 10' tall. My question is, would 70 count LED M5 strings be long enough to use one string per slice? They are 24' long. Or do you need to use 2 strings per slice?

Are you making a Spiral Tree or a Mega Tree? Spiral tree's normally aren't sliced...unless you are using the term differntly that what I would use it.

I am considering a spiral tree, by slice I mean channel - 16 channels of lights. Just considering one color for the Spiral Tree. According to the Spiral Tree Calculator I could use one 70 count string per channel for a 10' tree.
