These are spam accounts, they troll the net looking for any and every place to open an account to advertise and sell their crap. I have another forum and have had to manually review every new account, other wise you end up getting porn photos and such on your forum real fast.

Seems like about this time every year, things slow down enough for somebody to notice one of the more explicit spammer names and comment.. They are there all year, but most of them don't get approved.

If you look on the list of members, you will see that name is not a member. Maybe not approved.
