Ok so I joined the site for the LOR sequence exchanges, I was able to down load one, but then I went to load one of mine and some thing went wrong, its telling me its not there and or it does not recognize the format, any help or suggestions would be great so I can share some of mine as well.

Hummm just tested and and everything worked. .lms files and .zip files are allowed right now.
