levelbest
I have a sequence that was programmed for me - all of 30 seconds that I play at the end of the night. I actually want to stretch it to 60 seconds and program in some of my own things into it.So, I changed the total time, added the elements, saved it out - and it's still stopping at the 32 second mark where the orginal ended - despite the fact that I've added time and elements beyond that.Feeling stupid. It used to work that way (I think it did in the last version) but I switched over to the new version this year and I'm still stumbling around a bit.Help would be greatly appreciated. I'm sure it's something simple...
Dennis Cherry
use Audacity and import your audio file, add the desired time to your file, by using first selecting the end of the song then use GENERATE>Silence, in the pull down menu select SECONDS then change the number of seconds to what you want.Test to make sure the additional time was added to the end of the audio file. Now export it back with a new name.Open your sequence and point the sequence to the new audio file. The audio file length determines the sequence length. levelbest
Problem solved. Thanks. Silence did the trick. Completely forgot the sequence would stop at the end of the song. Doh.
