Sequence different in SHOW

My sequence runs perfect in the Sequence Editor but has issues when run from a show. Channels don't come on and off when they should.

I'm using a animation to turn on my LEDTRIKS with a windows command. It comes on and works great, but my sequences are behaving oddly. They work fine in the editor, but not with the show and the LEDTRIKS animation.

Any suggestions would be welcome

Have you run the LOR Verifier? It's located in the LOR Control Panel (the light bulb in your windows bar.)

Does it report any problems? The verifier will detect many things, including channels assigned twice. (Which, if I had to guess, is what's going on here.)
