Software won't run

I loaded the usb driver.

I loaded the software (S2) from disk.

When I follow the directions...nothing happens.

I go to "start">"all programs", Lightorama, lightorama control panel. Nothing happens, just the desktop... When I click on the red halo icon on the bottom of my screen, it says "disabled"

thanks for any info to get started. I want to run the Hardware Utility.

did you right click on the red light bulb? It should pop up a menu of things you can do.

Go to light-o-rama-->hardware, open that. You should get the hardware utility that allows you to configure com ports and test controller.

If you have the "light bulb" in the tray, right click, and select "hardware utility", but you don't have to have the control panel running to test a controller using the hardware utility. You need to right click on the light bulb to get the menu from the control panel. if you double click on the red halo, you'll get what you got.

Whether or not you have a controller connected, if you have the software installed correctly, you should be able to also open the sequence editor, either from the start menu, or the light bulb in your tray.
