Kim
Hi,Using LOR 2.8.12I cant subdivide timings! All the timing settings in the menu when i left click are greyed out.Is it a bug or am i missing a setting somewhere?RegardsKim
lightzilla
I see what you mean.I went to edit and clicked on switch timing grid, now I clicked on "Copy & Switch to a new Freedom Timing Grid"I then tried the subdivide and it worked. It did not effect the sequence, it still played. So I guess you can do it that way.Strange thought that it cannot be done in a fixed Timing Grid. I use to be able to do that.
-klb-
You used to be able to only specify freeform grids, and put regularly spaced timings on them. The fixed grid, along with the naming of them and the freeform happened about the same time as timing grids were separated from tracks. In a fixed grid, LOR doesn't store each timing mark, only how often they are spaced. So it can't move them or subdivide them. But there is no issues putting regularly spaced timings in a freeform grid.
Kim
Thanks :-)A change to freeform timing seems to do the trick :-)RegardsKim
