chartrand Posted November 16, 2010 Share Posted November 16, 2010 I've added video this year and when ever I close the LOR Sequence Editor after playing a sequence with video my computer reboots. I'm running 2.8.12 on Windows XP with all service packs and hot fixes loaded. Anyone else seen this?-Pat Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
bob Posted November 16, 2010 Share Posted November 16, 2010 I have not heard of this previously, and I don't really know, but for a random unprompted reboot, I would suspect it's a driver issue. I would suggest checking for driver updates for your various hardware; due to the fact that it happens when you play video, I would check for your graphics card's driver first. chartrand Posted November 16, 2010 Author Share Posted November 16, 2010 Just did an update nothing newer than what I already have from Microsoft. Then went to ATI and downloaded the drivers directly and did an install that way. But all to no avail. Must be something about those the ATI 9250 cards that my computer does not like.
