Sure Rob, send me ur email address...

the 128kbps refers to the bit rate.. using a bitrate other than 128kbps will throw off the timings.. wont line up after the first 10-20 seconds.. entirely depends what the sequence was originally timed to.. if you happened to build a sequence using a 320kbps sound clip, as long as you keep that clip, you should be ok..
