kissfan4 Posted November 10, 2010 Share Posted November 10, 2010 ok so i was at my local mall and they have some lights hanging from the ceiling that appear to be clear tubes with led's in them and they light up at the top then appear to fall to the bottom almost like snow? anyone know what these are called. sorry for the explanation but thatis the best i can come up with.
