bob Posted September 7, 2010 Share Posted September 7, 2010 I would suggest uninstalling, then running Windows Update, then reinstalling.When you run Windows Update, please note that it does not necessarily list all available updates. It only lists those that are available which you can currently install on your machine. So, for example, if there are two updates available which you don't have installed, but in order to install the second you must already have the first installed, Windows Update will only show you the first, not the second.So, whenever I use Windows Update, after it finishes up (and after I reboot, if it told me to do so), the first thing I do is to run Windows Update again.
