Guest guest
Hi guys,Do the triacs blow if a short occurs on the outputs on one of the channels? Is it necessary to fuse each output with a quick blowing fuse? Thanks
Guest guest
The problem, I believe, is that a fuse won't always protect the triac.I had a controller (non-LOR) which I accidentally dead-shorted one of the channels. It blew a) the triac the glass quick-blow fuse on the board, and c) the house's circuit breaker for that circuit -- all at the same time!-Tim
