I am sorry if i wrong,
Squence editor sends these sequence comands to light on first 8 channels(1.2.3.....8.) at the same time;

Address 31 FF

And sends these sequence comands to light on second 8 channels( 9.10.11.....16. )at the same time;

 Address 03 01 88
 Address 03 01 89
 Address 03 01 8A
 Address 03 01 8B
 Address 03 01 8C
 Address 03 01 8D
 Address 03 01 8E
 Address 03 01 8F

In my opinion, you could use only these comand instead of long comand sequences

Address 3X FF

to light on second 8 channels.

Check to see if you have (old MCP) set on the network settings.
