delete timings

Is there a way to "Delete Extraneous Timings" from a selected area with a track instead of from the entire track?

I believe you can select the cells, right mouse click and pick delete timings.

That would delete all the timings in the specified area, not the extraneous ones.

Phillip, I took a quick look at the sequence editor, and I didn't see a way to do it, either.

Sorry, quess I did not understand the question correctly. My fault.

Try this.

create an extra channel.

Do a little alternating on off on off at the start of the sequence. Copy and paste to end by cell. Then highlight the section you want to clear extra timings and turn that section off.

This will use all the timings in the sequence except for the ones in the section you want to clear.

Then Delete extraneous timings.

Delete the spare channel.

This should work. Let me know if it doesn't
