Rod Pauley Posted April 3, 2019 Share Posted April 3, 2019 I am thinking about buying the Singing Christmas Tree Kit that is going to be on sale here shortly and my question is with the CCC-II controller (for Singing Tree) can I daisy chain that with older CCB controllers? Yes. The RS-485 LOR network could not care less what the controller type is. Note that there are two possible limitations. The CCC-II is limited to 500K or 1000K network speed whereas the original CCB controller will handle all speeds up to and including 500K (no 1000K).
