BobRWing Posted November 29, 2018 Share Posted November 29, 2018 I have been using LOR controllers for years and last year was my first time using smart LED's I bought 10 strings of 50 pixels 5v 3 wire and all was great so this year I got 20 strings of 50 pixels 12v 3 wire and of course a 12v power supply and another pixie 16. I setup my new strings the same as i did with the 5v strings but with the 12v power supply and it does not work. so after a lot of troubleshooting tried switching my pixie 16 that is using 5v LEDs with the one the was setup using 12v LEDs and the pixie 16 that was not working now works with 5v LED and the other pixie 16 using 12 LEDs does not. I think the 12v power supply and 12v LEDs do work because some times when i cycle 12v power the 12v LEDs will come on and stay. I need help !!!
