Shadow62672 Posted October 13, 2017 Share Posted October 13, 2017 I have channel 9 not working, I verified in hardware manager it will not light up. every other channel does. what can I do to problem solve it? k6ccc Posted October 13, 2017 Share Posted October 13, 2017 You didn't say what type of controller. Most likely a failed Triac (if an AC controller) or MOSFET (if a DC controller). If you have the ability to solder in a replacement, I recall that LOR will either send you a replacement or send you the part number that can be ordered from one of several on-line parts houses. If you can't solder (or someone local to you can't do it for you), your only real option is to send it in to LOR for repair.
