Brucey Posted November 19, 2016 Share Posted November 19, 2016 On one of my pc16's, which is connected to my PC's USBRS485 with about 125' of cat5e, every minute or two the decoration attached to port 1 will flash on for a second then turn off. The PC is a stripped down show PC running 4.3.14 with the Control Panel running 24/7. It appears that if I disconnect the cable from the USB adapter, the problem goes away. I have a spare 485B, do I need to use that to get the distance? Also, would a terminator help the issue? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
