I think Craig (VetteNut72) posted that one, it was my favorite. He had some others, but the links seem to have gone dead.

That's the topic I was referring to. Thanks for finding it and posting it for everyone!

Windows XP, with a Windows 7 Logo? I wish it has the 7 instead of the XP!

I do believe that logo is a "windows" logo. Not specific to xp or 7...
A window 7 would be cool as well, as I have windows 7 on my laptop and xp on the desktop.

SO Orv how do you put this into the windows program to get this cool display to come up when windows starts.

How to do it in Windows 7:

How to do it in Windows XP:

The Bootskin software needed for Win XP to change the screen {and the price is right, it's FREE!}:

Here is the examples of the two logos!

The logos of the two are the same, what you are comparing there is the start buttons (which are different) which have the same logo on them. The logo changed from the old style with XP. Occasionally you would start seeing the logo on a round background (blue or green circle) with XP, and then became very common with Vista and has carried on with Win7. But the logo has been the same with the last few versions.
