Help Desk Ticket (Bad pixel)

I've seen several posts where requests for support (on color ribbons) were taking 2 days for a response. But it sounds like LOR has had their hands full dealing with a couple issues. I think I would wait till Monday and then call them if you haven't gotten a response by then.

Is it one bad red pixel all the time?

If so, you may end up having to exchange it.

Yea that's what I figured. When I turn it on sometimes it'll come on for a few seconds but then it just goes back out again. The green and blue parts of that pixel works fine, just not the red.

I just opened a ticket on Friday 9/30 (Bad Pixel). Received a response same day and have a CCR replacement on the way (ETA 10/7

I too have just opened a ticket (Saturday) for a bad pixel (#2 on my ribbon). Sounds like this is a pretty common problem? Mine went out in the middle of the season last year. Hope it doesn't do that again this year!
