But it sounds like LOR has had their hands full dealing with a couple issues. I think I would wait till Monday and then call them if you haven't gotten a response by then. When I turn it on sometimes it'll come on for a few seconds but then it just goes back out again. The green and blue parts of that pixel works fine, just not the red. PatrickNew Posted October 9, 2011 Share Posted October 9, 2011 I too have just opened a ticket (Saturday) for a bad pixel (#2 on my ribbon). Sounds like this is a pretty common problem?
