Trailrider Posted July 14 Share Posted July 14 I'm trying to fill out a Help Desk Ticket for a controller. It asks for the "Order Number". I have had these controllers a few years so I no longer have the order number or are they listed in my account. Any thoughts on how to get around this? Don Posted July 14 Share Posted July 14 They should be in your account at the Store. If you've never logged into the new platform, you will have an account there, even if you haven't created on.
