Order Number on Help Desk Ticket

I'm trying to fill out a Help Desk Ticket for a controller. It asks for the "Order Number". I have had these controllers a few years so I no longer have the order number or are they listed in my account. Any thoughts on how to get around this?

They should be in your account at the Store. If you've never logged into the new platform, you will have an account there, even if you haven't created on. Just use the 'lost password/reset password' option to get the password sent to you.

Thanks for the reply Don. I am logged in and I see 2 orders I placed in 2022 but nothing before that. Am I missing something?

If you used a different email address on the order, it would be under a different account.
