cmoore60
Does your unit have 2 input power cords or 1?If has 2 are both plugged in?If only has one do you have the hot and neutral jumpers installed on the board where it is noted? The electronics on the board are powered from the right side of the board. Meaning channels 9-16.Chuck
olracs
Hi chuck, it has two plugs and no I did not check the jumper, the box is in second time use and I stored it over the year, maybe the jumper came off. Right now its still dark here in Reno and the control boxs is mounted on my second floor, I plan to go up as soon as I get a little sun light. cmoore60
don't need the jumper if you have to power cords.

It would (could) be bridging two separate circuits on your panel otherwise.
