namecipS
I downloaded a sequence that has multiple timings. When I copy and paste, I lose part of the timing that was set to .05. It converts to .10. How can I add it back in? I've searched the forums and tried finding a solution in the Help section. Nothing seems to give the detail needed or I'm just missing it. namecipS
Should have added that the Insert Multiple Timings and Subdivide Timings options in the Edit Timings menu are grayed out.
MikeERWNC
It should be the setting in Switch Timing Grid. Then hit Switch to a New Freeform Timing Grid. I am still using Basic Plus and I am missing a lot of cool features which will get updated next year when I buy the full version.I meant to add; Mine is grayed out, too. George Simmons
You can only insert timings and subdivide timings when you're using a freeform timing grid. Fixed timing grids are just that - fixed - regardless of license level. For pasting, as described by the OP, try pasting by time or stretch to fit. namecipS
Tried pasting by time and it still didn't work, maybe because I was trying to paste in to an existing sequence. I will try starting from scratch tonight.
