Color choices

OKay, so I'm in the middle of sequencing my first song and I'm finding myself overwhelmed when it comes to sequencing my RGB dumb strips that outline the eves of my house. The number of possible color combinations is nearly endless. This may sound like a weird question but what are some of the basic colors people stick to for their display? Obviously, red and green but what other colors do you use?

Thanks,

Matt

I've used purple and yellow and they elicited squeals of delight. At least I think the squeals were of delight...

I've also used orange a few times, but someone complained it reminded them too much of citrus fruits, so I've kind of cut back on that one...

I've tried black, but it's really hard to see at night.

i think its all trial and error and what fits with your display is the best im going dull and slow colour change colours to start my show and finishing with bright flashy to finish the last songs off

ive spent hours just checking what colours look good

this chart helped me loads
