bigmotezee
I keep getting an error loading message that says "No channel with saved 7 index found" I got this sequence from another LOR user and it opens fine on his computer. Any thoughts??Thanks in advance

Any thoughts??Thanks in advanceMy first thought would be, "Is that the exact error message?"That being the case, a wild guess would be the other user is using S3 and the sequence has Groups defined. If you are running S2, then you wouldn't be able to open this sequence.

Don
I have no idea then. If you email the sequence to me, I can take a look at it, but no promises of when I can look at it, or that I can fix the problem.Email it to info at synchronizedchristmas dot com. bob
A similar guess to Don's:Perhaps there are RGB channels in the sequence, and you're using an earlier version of S2 than he is, and your version does not support RGB channels.
