mschlaudraff Posted November 1, 2019 Share Posted November 1, 2019 Hello Everyone, I was at the Christmas Expo in Florida this year and I want to get the Singing Trees, however I can't get a hold of folks at their number or via the help desk ticket system. I want to get all 4 trees with a complete plug and play package with like 5 to 8 songs. Can someone give me some insight on how long it takes them to reply to the help desk tickets and why no one is picking up there phones? This is the time of year when everyone thinks they are getting an early start, and floods the phones. I can see they picked up your ticket, and have routed it for the appropriate person to respond to. Looks like that was done yesterday, and the person hasn't had a chance to reply today.
