Is there a way to start the tapper wizard in the middle of a song?

Not at this time; sorry.

There's a workaround that might be more trouble than it's worth, but I'll mention it just in case:

You could use an audio editor (such as Audacity) to make a new audio file containing only the section of the song you're interested in, then make a sequence based on that new audio file, use the Tapper Wizard on that, and copy/paste the results into your "real" sequence.

From the question, I assume what you want to do is tap a differnt set of timing marks in the middle of a sequence. If this is what you want I may have a solution.

You can try creating a new track with the channels you want to use. Then use the tapper wizard on just that track. You still have to wait through the song till it gets to the portion you want to re-tap.
