Down loading to MP3 director

I've created my new show with MP3 music and when I go to Show Builder I get this error message:

Your media file is in m4a format.  You need to convert it to mp3, associate the mp3 file with the sequence and then you can record it on the SD card. 

You can use Audacity to perform the conversion.

As mentioned above, convert to MP3 using audacity. Save as 128

Once converted open that sequence in SE and under the "edit" tab scroll down to "Media" then find the MP3 you just created and select it. It will load it up, then hit "save".

Then try adding it again.
