Dave Batzdorf
I tried something new this year. I created a background sequence for my signs, about 1 minute in length. The shows kicked off ok but the background stuff turned off after a while. Then it would mysteriously come back on some time latter. What gives? Does the background sequence have to be a longer length????
dstevens
Make sure the channels used in your background sequence are not in any other sequence.
Dave Batzdorf
Another question. I checked in the LOR manual and it says "Do not reference LOR channels used in this section in sequences in any other section" Does that mean I need to remove those channels from the musical or just dont turn them on. Do I create a sequence with only the three sign channels for the background?
dstevens
Yes, your background sequence should just have the background sequence, and they can't be in any other sequences used in your show.
Dave Batzdorf
Thanks - I just built the musicals without those channels - I deleted them totally - and the background is only a 3 channel sequence. I'll give that a try. Luckily its a very slow night and misting rain. Not too many show people tonight. Good time to work out the bugs! I'll post results. pls stay tuned (ooh, bad pun)
