I then like to take the sequence and either copy and paste it into a LOR sequence or add it to an existing sequence.Is there any documentation on how I might do that? XML DTD, or clipboard formats? But there are not very many tags and most are present all the time in the XML created by SE so you can use it as an guide. I like the idea of morphs like the SuperStar program, but I wish it would work with arches in sequence. Thing of 4 CCRs being used as 8 arches and programing a morph from left to right then right to left. There are ways to do the same with SuperStar and with macros, but a tool would be nice.
