Guest guest Posted December 7, 2005 Share Posted December 7, 2005 I just wanted to thank Dan(and Mary)for getting my product out so quickly considering the publicity.I really appreciate the LOR 1602 with the built in MP3 players. It is so nice to not have to lug the computer , amp etc to each project. I have @ 30-40 of the 1602Ws and have never had a problem with the units. I did have problems with people unplugging the computer forcing me to restart the show.Dan,you deserve everything you get (in agood way) as you run the company in a professional manner. Your level of ethics and customer service is a treat to see today. It is unusual for the owner of a company,whatever the size,to devote so much time to his customers. I have used a couple of companies to animate my displays but have never found one like Lightorama.Disclaimer: I do not work for Lightorama, I just like their products and customer service staff.
