Just couldn't wait for the sale in June so I ordered my hardware today (32channels with director in one of the 16 channel units and a starter kit) . I can't wait to get my order, so I have been playing with the software. My previous display was with Mr. Christmas and it was ok but the music is pretty cheesy. The display turned out good and the noeghbours loved it. Any other users in Ontario?

Welcome aboard Mike,

If you click on "london" "Ontario" "Canada" in profile it will list all that have that info in. I am sure they will chime in soon. Again, wecome to the nut house I call LOR.

Mike you are not going to beleive the traffic you will get even though it is your first year I to had a static display for years after jumping into LOR last year it is all that I do now there are a lot of people who will help out just post your questions and wait for replies but most of all have fun I think the best part is when you turn it on for the first time and then you can see what you have done it is mind blowing.

Thanks for welcoming me aboard. My last years display was ran by a General Electric Mr. Christmas (Wal Mart 2008 $60.00) and it was okay. Only 6 channels with built in music. It had a built in speaker (sounded like a tin can) so I modified it to accept something bigger. I took video but it is too large a file to send through my ISP. Built an 11 foot Mega Tree with 5 channels and got creative with the other items in the yard.
